Africa in Focus will call on all relevant inbound tourism organizations in the South African to raise awareness and provide targeted training on your product. The primary objective is to enhance business supply from the trade to our represented products.

Product Educationals
Where we identify real potential for increased supply to your product, we will bolster the relationship building process between your product and these suitable trade supply partners by arranging trade educational's to your product. This first hand experience gained leads to a tangible connection between product and supplier and expedites the product development process that leads to increased sales in a shorter time frame.

Trade Shows
To minimize trade show costs, we offer our establishment members the chance to consolidate and exhibit collectively under the Africa In Focus umbrella stand. We coordinate stands, send invitations to key trade members, offer a meeting scheduling option, provide staff assistance, and ensure a presence for our clients at trade shows.

Roadshow Events
Africa in Focus arranges an annual exclusive 3-night, 3-city networking events roadshow, connecting trade professionals, establishment owners, and marketing managers. Our roadshows reach full capacity with 80-150 A-list inbound operators and suppliers, providing opportunities for establishment owners to present to key trade members and establish direct relationships.

Share the News
We regularly communicate a client's profile to our extensive database of local and international partners through an introductory press release, quarterly trade newsletters featuring member product content and updates, and a strong social media presence on the Africa In Focus platform.

Reporting
We generate monthly reports that outline our sales activities on behalf of our represented products, such as sales and strategy meetings achieved, attended shows, conducted workshops, and follow up achieved. This detailed reporting enables product owners and marketing team members to monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

Visitor hosting – the client may request AIF marketing to meet and host a specific visitor to promote certain objectives.
Joint promotions with regional and national tourism bodies in Southern Africa on the client’s behalf.
Compulsory ad hoc services include participation at 3 Africa in Focus-specific product events per year.
